Our first RHINO^® dryer was designed for the agricultural sector and has been part of our great success since the very beginning. Continuously developed based on our experience with the system, the RHINO^® is now one of the best of its kind.
The particular advantage is the wide spread of the fermentation residue or slurry to be processed during feeding and discharge. We dry separated fermentation residue as well as the remaining liquid phase from as little as 4% dry matter in the same dryer. We dry this to 70-90% dry matter for you, depending on your requirements.

When using drying with a buffer storage tank, we continue drying even if the CHP unit fails and automatically adjust to changes in energy quantities.
We can guarantee compliance with emission values with our sulfuric acid injection system within the scope of your approval notice, which is of course also compatible with biofilters or exhaust air scrubbers as an option. By binding the nitrogen, you do not lose any valuable fertilizer.
